Our efforts can’t succeed without you.
The Health for Haiti program is run entirely through generous support from people just like you. All students and staff pay their own expenses for travel and accommodations, meaning that your contributions go directly to the work we do there – purchases of food, medical supplies, and associated costs while in Haiti. Please also consider helping to support our ongoing projects. We rely on donations to help fund our clean water and education initiatives. We hope to bring solar power to the Water Filtration System in Grande Saline and to the computer lab in Cite Soleil. You can sponsor a computer teacher for one month for $150, or contribute to the cost of Internet access. Without your help, our work is cut short, and we can help fewer people.
All donations are tax-deductible, and there are no administrative costs incurred in processing funds, so 100% of every dollar makes its way to those who need it most. The supplies we collect in the US travel to Haiti in our personal checked baggage (with our personal effects in carry-on bags) so that it doesn’t incur shipping expenses. You may make donations of supplies or money, either in person, by mail or online. We will provide you with a receipt for your donation.
